How it works

From requirement to execution.

Henderson's process is designed to reduce noise before introductions are made.

01Requirement

Define product, volume, market and timing.

02Qualification

Review commercial fit and counterparty readiness.

03Sourcing

Identify relevant supplier opportunities.

04Execution

Coordinate terms, documents and logistics.

01

Define

Product, volume, specification, destination, timing and delivery structure.
02

Qualify

Identify the company, decision-maker, authority and commercial readiness.
03

Source

Identify a relevant supply or demand position rather than broadcasting blindly.
04

Coordinate

Move commercial terms, documentation and logistics toward execution.

What Henderson does

Requirement definition, counterparty qualification, relevant introductions, transaction coordination and commercial follow-through.

What Henderson does not pretend to be

A refiner, terminal operator, lender, carrier or title holder unless a specific written transaction says otherwise.

Qualification first

A long broker chain is not a transaction strategy.

Henderson's objective is to understand who the actual buyer and seller are, what authority each party has, and whether the opportunity is commercially supportable.
